Intellectual Property Policy

1. Introduction

All intellectual property rights relating to the NOLA platform ("Platform") — including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images, product structures, and terms of use — are the exclusive property of NOLA or are licensed to it by third parties as disclosed. No part of these materials may be used without prior written permission from the Company.

2. Platform-Owned Rights

NOLA owns or holds licenses to use all of the following:

• The "NOLA" name, logo, and all registered and unregistered trademarks.
• The visual design of the website and mobile application, including colors, typography, and layouts.
• All textual content, reports, legal documents, and property offering files published on the Platform.
• The structure of real estate investment products and innovative methods for fractionalizing and trading property shares.
• Algorithms, databases, source code, and technical systems powering the Platform.
• Standard contracts, property offering documents, and any forms issued by the Platform.
• Educational and marketing content published under the NOLA brand across any digital channel.

3. User Rights

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the following conditions:

• Users may browse and view content for personal investment purposes.
• Users may print or save a single copy of any document for their personal use.
• Copying, republishing, distributing, or selling any content in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Modifying content, creating derivative works, or using content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Extracting or re-using any portion of Platform databases or source code is prohibited.

4. Licence Granted to NOLA for User-Submitted Content

By accepting this policy, users grant NOLA a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to:

• Use user reviews and ratings in marketing and promotional materials, with all personal data fully anonymised.
• Use testimonials and experiences voluntarily shared by users for service development purposes.
• Process data entered by the user on the Platform in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

5. Trade Names and Registered Marks

NOLA's trademarks — including the "NOLA" name and its logos — are registered or pending registration. No party may use these marks in any manner that implies an official relationship or endorsement by NOLA without express authorisation. Names of partners and regulatory authorities referenced on the Platform — such as REGA, the National Land Registry (RER), and Wamid — are trademarks of their respective owners and do not constitute NOLA property.

6. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

NOLA is committed to investigating all genuine reports and taking action in accordance with the applicable legal procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Third-Party Protected Content

The Platform may include content licensed from third parties, such as property photographs, valuation reports, and market data. Such content remains the property of its respective owners, and users may not use it outside the scope of the Platform.

8. Penalties and Legal Liability

Any violation of this Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Use and exposes the infringing party to legal liability under Saudi intellectual property law, which may include:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of the user's account.
• Claims for compensation for material and moral damages.
• Legal proceedings before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
